- Order Processing: All orders for sheet music, scores, or digital files are typically processed within 1-2 business days. As a composer, I personally ensure that each order is handled with care.
- Delivery of Digital Products: For digital music files, you will receive a download link via email once your payment is confirmed. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for the link. If you do not receive the download link within 24 hours, please send me an email.
- Shipping of Physical Products: If you have ordered printed scores or physical products, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days, depending on stock availability. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
- Order Changes: Once your order is processed, changes cannot be made, especially for digital products. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
- Return/Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital music products, refunds are not allowed for downloaded files. However, if there is an issue with your purchase (e.g., a corrupted file or incorrect order), please send me an email.
- Shipping Delays: While we strive for prompt delivery, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or external disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please get in touch for assistance.
