Lesson Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure smooth scheduling for all students, I have outlined the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to other students.

Late Cancellations:

• If you cancel less than 12 hours before your lesson, you will be charged for 50% of the lesson fee.

No-Show Policy:

• If you do not attend the lesson without prior notice, the full lesson fee will be charged.

Rescheduling:

• I understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 12 hours in advance. I will do my best to accommodate a new time.

Emergencies:

• In the event of an emergency or unavoidable situation, please communicate with me as soon as possible. I will handle each case with understanding.
